关于攀岩的英语日记

　　黑沟攀岩，悬崖峭壁，想想就有点怕。纵使身上有防护措施，我也会胆战心惊，发出尖声喊叫。有时腿发抖上不去，后面的同学帮助我一步步向上爬，我一步步接近顶端，直到终点。老师说我很勇敢，我终于知道，攀岩需要勇气，还有同学之间的合作。

　　Heigou rock climbing， cliff， think about it a bit afraid。 Even if I had protective measures， I would be frightened and scream。 Sometimes my legs can't go up。 My classmates help me climb up step by step。 I get close to the top step by step until the end。 The teacher said that I am brave， I finally know that climbing needs courage， as well as cooperation between classmates。
