　　俗语有言：“人无信而不立。”可见诚信乃一个人的立身之本。古往今来，有很多恪守承诺的先哲为后人所推崇。曾子杀猪教子的故事因他一言九鼎的品质而被尊奉为诚信之首，曾子用行动教育孩子要言而有信，他的故事也被后人流传为佳话。无论古今，诚信都是为人必不可少的德行与素质。

　　然而我们三高的校园里仍然存在着一些不和谐音符，比如一些同学抄作业，考试作弊，携带手机，香烟，谈恋爱，欺骗家长、老师等。你也许会认为这些事很小，并不值得严厉批评，但‘“风起于青萍之末”。人格品质的堤坝，往往是在这些小事上崩塌的。所谓见微知著，便是通过这样生活中的小事来形成别人对你的评价。文学家裴多菲曾说：“我宁愿以诚挚获得一百名敌人的攻击，也不愿以伪善获得十个朋友的.赞扬”，无论是对于交友或是为人，诚信，都是一个人的生命道场。国家失信，就会亡国；企业失信，就会倒闭；个人失信，必将受到社会的谴责与唾弃。社会主义核心价值观在个人层面中就提到了诚信这一要求。也许我们很渺小，平凡，但诚信又恰恰是一个人生命的尊严。一个人价值的实现，不仅体现在为社会所创造的价值，更在于传递了怎样的精神品质。国家间有大信，而我们亦可以在生活中坚守诚信。月考刚过，我们马上又要迎来期中考试，考试正是检验我们诚信的试金石，考试作弊不仅是对我们自己能力的否定和蔑视，更是对我校良好校风的亵渎。面对一张白纸黑字的考卷，我们是应该诚实的去答卷，还是偷偷摸摸的去作弊，答案不言而喻。我们身边也有很多坚守诚信的事例，撞坏了路边宝马车，留下道歉信与现金的河南学生陈奕帆，为死去儿子还债的包子婆婆陈淑敏，创办诚信书店的吴清友等等，他们都是平凡的小人物，却神圣的传递出“诚信”这一荣耀的精神品质。

　　我是xxxx，来自xxx，今天是我第一次站在台上来为大家发表我的演讲，所以我感带非常的荣幸，我演讲的题目是《未来掌握在自己的手中》。

　　我是来自与一个普普通通的家庭，在家无忧无滤的生活着，父母对我的爱可以说是溺爱，所以我从小养成了不少的坏毛病，一直于没有好好的把握主学习的机会，几乎是在浑浑恶恶中度过了初中三年。然而当我来到大庆技师学院的时候这里的环境给我一种涣然一新的感觉，以前的'我总认为未来很遥远，充满了不可知性，所以对未来没有充分的计划。世界上没有任何一场战争是按照计划打的，但是也没有任何一场成功的战役是没有计划的。因此我觉得是时候对我的未来好好的规划一下的时候了，有了目标才有动力，有了追求才会更加的努力！！

　　计算机领域需要的是即有理论基础又有实践经验的实用行人才，所以扎实的掌握好计算机基础知识的关键性的一步！另外由于这一领域发展更新速度很快，所以我在学校要学会的是学习方法，而不是专门学回一门课程。我还要逐步提高自己的综合素质，比如说"与人相处能力，语言表达能力，还有学习能力和接受新生事物的能力"也许我在毕业的时候拥有的东西还很少，但是只要我拥有一定的学习能力，在未来我就有足够的潜力来展示给别人。

　　所以，在我工作中，我也要不断的学习，及时的补充新的知识，不断的进步，知识和经验的积累都是至关重要的。总的来说，我在未来的职业生涯中要做到的是基于技术，但不拘泥于技术，也就是说以技术为主线，同时提高自己的组织能力，沟通能力，做一个即懂技术有懂业务，兼具沟通和组织能力的复合型人才！

　　不可否认的说，清楚目标并不断奋斗的人往往容易很成功，而我的目标就是让全世界的人都用到我做的程序，我知道这个目标很高，但我会去努力，不是说有理想才会有前进的动力吗？尽管我有可能不会实现自己的理想，但是我会努力的去做到最好！

　　选择适合自己的职业是事业成功的开始，而事业的成功是自己人生价值的体现，我清楚的知道在人生道路中没有坦途，自己的计划不可能一帆风顺的进行下去，前方仍然冲满了未知和挑战，需要自己不段努力的去克服！

　　任何计划只说不做到头来只会是竹篮打水一场空，现实是未知多变的，定该的计划会随时改变，这点我们要做好充分的心理准备。不管前方是平坦的大道还是荆棘的小路，无论如何坎坷，我们都应该勇敢的去面对！

　　5天的军训生活结束了，但这5天发生的一幕幕画面都深深地印在我的脑海中，经历过开心与难过，轻松与劳累，这一切的一切都将在我人生中留下沉重的一笔。

　　当得知我是我们班的连长时，激动兴奋之情溢于言表，教官亲手帮我带上标志，我的肩上又多了一份责任，我深知一个队伍的好坏都掌握在我的手中，任何一步的错误都将会断送这个连队。稍息、立正，一遍又一遍的叫喊让我的嗓子已不堪重任，但我不能倒下，我必须坚持住。而当第三天的晚上，前几天一直表现不错的我们，由于在集合排队时纪律松散，被扣了分，我一遍遍的喊叫可并没有换来他们的听从，我的内心非常的痛，我终于知道孤军奋战的.滋味，在之后的观赏电影中，我流泪了，这并不代表我软弱，而是在让我谨记，管了一个队伍；一个班级的种种困难，我暗自在心中下定决心，一定要管理好这个队伍。

　　晚上，我们连队集合完毕后，我对吉老师说我想对大家说一些话，吉老师同意了。这是我第一次站在我们班面前严肃的讲话，我只记得当时我的一句话让我记忆深刻，我说：“只要我还有一丝力气，我绝不会倒下，只要大家有困难，我会尽我100%的力量去帮助大家，明天我们还有最后一项比赛‘定向越野’大家有没有信心！”“有！”声音如瀑布一般喷涌而下，我心里的一块石头终于落下，我想我们班会团结在一起，在之后的两天生活中，大家互帮互助，井井有条，每件事我们都坐在前面，其他班级都还未准备，我们班却早已准备好，等在原地待命。在定向越野中我们也取得了很好的成绩—5个班中排名第一！但这些都与教官老师们的努力是分不开的，这5天的军训生活中，我亲眼看到其他学校的老师都是骑自行车跟随学生，而只有我们一所学校的老师是一直跟着我们步行，平时老师在学校中严厉地要求我们，而在生活中却有着幽默的一面，也会和学生打成一片。

　　世界上没有移山的艺术。移山的唯一办法是：如果山不来，我就走。同样，人们不能改变环境，所以我们必须改变自己。

　　一个黑人男孩在他父亲的酒厂看守着橡木桶。每天早上，他都用抹布把水桶擦干净，然后排成一排。让他生气的是，常常在一夜之间，风把他整齐排列的木桶吹得到处都是。

　　小男孩痛哭起来。

　　父亲摸了摸小男孩的头说：“儿子，不要哭。我们可以试着征服风。”

　　于是，小男孩擦干眼泪，坐在桶边上想了很久。最后他想出了一个办法。他从井里拿出一桶桶水，倒进空橡木桶里。然后他回家睡觉了。第二天，天还没亮，小男孩就匆匆起床了。他跑到放桶的地方。一个接一个，橡木桶整齐地排列着。它们没有一个被风吹倒，也没有一个被风吹歪了。小男孩开心地笑了。他对父亲说：“如果你不想让水桶被风吹倒，你就必须增加桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地笑了笑。

　　是的，我们不能改变风向。我们无法改变世界上的许多事情。但我们可以改变自己，增加自己的分量，这样我们才能适应变化而不被打败！

　　在威斯敏斯特大教堂的地下室，圣公会主教的'墓碑上，有一句谚语：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想象力没有限制，我梦想着改变世界。当我逐渐成熟和睿智的时候，我发现世界是不变的，所以我就短视了一下，那就是改变我的国家！

　　但我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。在我暮年的时候，为了最后的努力，我决定只改变我的家庭，那些离我最近的人——但是，唉，他们根本不接受改变。现在，在我弥留之际，我突然意识到，如果我一开始只改变自己，那么我就可以依次改变我的家庭。然后，在他们的鼓舞和鼓励下，我也许能够改变我的国家。然后，谁知道呢，也许我可以改变整个世界。

　　生活就像水，人们只能适应环境。如果你不能改变环境，那就改变你自己。只有这样，我们才能克服更多的困难，克服更多的挫折，实现自我。如果看不到自己的缺点和不足，就只埋怨环境不好，把改变局面的希望寄托在改变环境上，真是没用。

　　虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们可以改变自己。让我们用爱和智慧面对所有的环境。
