我的家乡在东北，一个名副其实的雪乡，一到冬天就漫天飞雪。这里常年气温低，夏天也凉快。有时候，夏天不用穿短袖，而冬天却无一例外，非得穿上两件大棉袄才行。在青岛，下雪是奇观似的，而在我的家乡东北，冬天不下雪反而是奇事。说它四季如冬，一点都不过分。

“宝贝，别玩了！我们出去吃饭了。”一阵催促声把我从游戏中拽出来。“去吃什么啊？”我不耐烦地问道。“盛双盛烤串。”爸爸答道。“太好了！”这可是我的最爱。我立刻退出游戏，换好衣服，穿好鞋子，急忙蹿出家门。一路上，想烤串想得我直流口水。
我的家乡在黑龙江省牡丹江市，烤肉可是哪儿的一绝！每次要吃烤肉时我都异常兴奋。
到了盛双盛烤肉店，我立马找个位子坐下，开始点菜。不一会儿，我喜爱的蜜汁排骨串上来了。那一个个鲜嫩的小排骨，上面撒着独特调制的蜜汁，把鼻子靠近一闻，一股油腻而又清爽的香味儿扑鼻而来。我迫不及待的抓起一串排骨串狼吞虎咽的吃了起来。真香啊!香甜中带着一丝丝辣味，筋脆中带着一丝丝软嫩。你们要是没吃过那可真是莫大的遗憾啊！
排骨串的形状很奇特，有的像小石子，有的像仙丹，还有的像“足球” ……后来经过了解，这些小排个个都是选的上好的仔排，剔除骨头，用特制的蜜汁调料腌制好，穿在小竹棍上，过油烤制，一串让人口水直流三千尺的'排骨串就新鲜出炉了。再蘸上点香喷喷的芝麻粉，那才叫香呢！
吃完这十串，我不禁舔舔手和嘴。妈妈见我不过瘾，叫来服务员，说：“再来十串蜜汁排骨串！”这十串，我还是狼吞虎咽地吃掉了，妈妈连忙说：“慢点儿吃，没人和你抢！”
我的家乡的特色美食说也说不尽，尝也尝不完，但我最最最爱吃——蜜汁排骨串，在杭州可没有这口服啊。明年我还会回老家再去尝尝百里不同风，千里不同俗。不过话说回来，东北那里和其它地方还真是有点不一样吧！首先，东北地区民居就与其它部分地有所不同。在东北那里，住的绝大部分都是平房。东北人在住房上从不拮拘，从不去认认真真地分什么卧室、什么客厅、什么厨房的。他们所做的，仅是一墙之隔而已。东北的厨房有一口地窑，不太大，用来存放土豆之类的食物。东北的厨房还有一口生活的炉子，烧出的热气通过一根铁管子给输送到卧室，用来取暖。
再看，就是两口镶在大水泥中的锅，当然，要一个通口来生火用。中间56个民族，恐怕百分之七十水的都是软软的床（我现在也是！）而东北那，睡得却是“炕”，所谓“炕”其实是一种又长又硬的床而已（我老家的炕足足有两三米呢！）。床下有一条空洞，是用来连接厨炊的。这样一来，当外面在做饭时，你做在热炕头上，如果是冬天，该是多么惬意的一件事呀！东北民居可以说根本就没有客厅，从正门进去，先是厨房，再就是有炕的卧室了。富裕一点的人家，还会有一间小屋子。如果有客人来了，他们就会毫无拮拘地坐在人家的炕上，倍显亲切！其次，东北人家的口味也与其它地方的口味有所不同。东北人尤其爱吃炖菜。什么猪肉炖粉条什么小鸡炖蘑菇什么土豆炖排骨，都是东北人的最爱。

我的家乡在东北。那里的美景各式各样；那里的美食回味无穷；那里的人们多才多艺……那里可是我最喜欢的城市！
东北的小兴安岭想必大家都知道吧，那里的`花草树木多得数不清。到了冬天，东北就下起了鹅毛大雪，小兴安岭就像盖上了一层白白的、厚厚的棉被一样。
我最喜欢的还是那里的美食了。其中我百吃不厌的就是肉夹馍了。虽然它叫肉夹馍，但是我忍不住叫它“馍夹肉”，里面的肉是酱香出来的，再加上几样小咸菜，夹在发面饼的中间，一起吃简直是太美味了，香而不腻，真是让我回味无穷，吃了还想吃，想到就会流口水呢！
东北人也是多才多艺。就拿我妈妈和小姨姥举个例子，我妈妈天生唱歌很好，她嗓音清脆甜美，唱出来的高音很有穿透力，听者简直是一种享受。小姨姥喜欢跳舞，在她家乡那里跳的是最好的，她还在抖音上直播，粉丝过万，也很厉害呢！
东北不仅景美，食物好吃，那里的人更加可爱。因此我爱这个地方！

“服华妆着出逢，六街灯火闹儿童”。一年一度的元宵节总是那么热闹、喜庆、欢乐、和谐、美满……而最得我芳心的习俗还是吃元宵。
一到元宵节，平时我这样只吃不做的人在这一天也会装模作样的包几个元宵，然后一屁股坐在沙发上等待投喂。但就包几个元宵也给了我不一般的`体验。
白得锃亮，黑得发光。那一团白面，里面没有一丝杂质，是那么纯洁、那么单纯。那种白已经到达了另一种境界，仿佛没有一个颜色的混入它们的群体，硬塞也不行，好像都带有敬畏一般避得远远的。而那一碗乌黑的芝麻，在它的脸上，倒映出了每一个家人的笑脸。这团黑与其它黑不同，不是黑暗与恐惧，而是用它散发的光击破所有黑暗。
我拿起一个大米粉团，揪下来一些，在手里揉搓着，那手感，如同一枚龙珠一般在掌心里滚动，用尽力气压扁它，放入调好的芝麻把它们裹在一起。它们似乎一下子不见了刚才的性格，突然变得融洽了许多，好像它们天生就是一对一般，般配得没有一点瑕疵。姥爷把水倒进锅里，我和爸爸则在水还没有大声嚷嚷之际，一股脑的把汤圆扔进锅里。一分钟过后水已经开始大吵大嚷了，这时妈妈倒入一些凉水堵住了它的嘴。（据说这样加三次凉水煮出来会更好吃）没过多久元宵们洗完热水浴，准备擦干身子出“浴室”了。拿出五个碗，把元宵盛进去，大功告成。
这次元宵节我们包的不仅是元宵，还包进去了一家人的包容与谦让。
